In order to change your contact email address please be advised to submit a ticket to our Hosting Billing team at our helpdesk

Please provide your current email address and the one you would like to use. Please supply your hosting account details (full name under hosting account, street address, phone number, domain name, Modohosting account username, cPanel account username) along with your request.

Please note: Your contact email address will not be changed under your hosting account when you change it under your ModoHosting account. That is why it is required for our billing representatives to change it manually.
