Can I order more bandwidth/space/memory?

If you have a shared account and you reach your plan's bandwidth limits, we urge you to upgrade to the next available plan, this is the only available method of adding bandwidth to your package. The same applies to disk space, we do not have any charges per GB, you must upgrade to the next available plan if limit is reached.
