How can I upgrade/downgrade my package?

In order to upgrade/downgrade a current package to any other one, please be advised to send a request to our Hosting Billing team. Query can be submitted at our helpdesk

Please provide the following information in the request: domain name of the current package and name of the package you want to upgrade/downgrade to. Once your request for upgrade/downgrade is received one of our billing representatives will process it. You will receive an invoice for the difference between your current plan and a new one in case of upgrade. If your account is downgraded the difference between two packages will be credited to your hosting account and used to cover your future invoices.

Please note: The upgrade/downgrade procedure is very easy and fast, however sometimes it requires account transfer to the other server. If this case you may be asked to change name servers for your domain name and wait till propagation time is over.
